HOW TO ENTER

Starting Monday, September 17, 2007 at approximately 3:00 p.m. Central Time (CST) fans can enter the Brandon Rhyder “Home Again” YouTube Contest at www.brandonrhydercontest.com. Entrants must complete and submit the entire on-line Contest entry form. A fully completed entry form must include: entrant’s first and last name, email address, parent’s name and email address (if entrant is under the age of 13) and check-box confirmation that the entrant has read and understood the Official Contest Rules and Regulations. Any entrant under the age of 13 must have the consent of his/her parent or legal guardian to submit their personal information in order to enter the Contest. The parent or legal guardian must complete all the required fields on the relevant portion of the web entry form. If a parent or legal guardian does not provide consent, the entry will be disqualified. Entrants may only submit one video per day. Entrants should allow up to 24 hours for their video to be approved. Should it be discovered that an entrant is using the aid of computer/software programs to auto-fill entries, that entrant will be immediately disqualified from the Contest. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify all such entrants from the contest conducted by the Sponsor without further notice. The Sponsor of this Contest is Apex Music, LLC.

CONTEST CLOSING DATE

Entries must be received online at www.brandonrhydercontest.com no later than 3:00 p.m. CST on March 31, 2008.

GRAND PRIZE

The Grand Prize winner will receive a VIP pass for him or her and 10 friends to the Brandon Rhyder show of their choice in 2008. The VIP pass does not include fairs, festivals or private party engagements.

ELIGIBILITY

The Contest is open to all individual residents in the United States except: employees, representative and agents of Brandon Rhyder and Apex Music LLC, related and affiliated companies, advertising and promotional agencies and members of the households of such employees, representatives and agents. By enterting the Contest, entrants agree to abide by the Contest rules and all decisions of the judges, which shall be final and binding on all entrants in all matters relating to this Contest. Void where prohibited by law.

CONSENT TO USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

By entering this Contest entrants consent to the use of their name, city of residence, voice, image on videotape and/or photograph in any publicity/promotion and programming purposes, commercial or otherwise, in all media used by Apex Music LLC or its promoters and their advertising and promotional agencies, in perpetuity, without any payment or compensation.
